Eclipse for Bakeware is a 2-coat, low-cure, internally reinforced nonstick system engineered to outlast all other internally reinforced bakeware coatings. This is because it is constructed from unusually hard materials, permitting a far higher percentage of special reinforcing elements than other surfaces.
The outstanding release is provided by silicone, not PTFE.
The coating is PTFE free and complies with all United States and European food-safety regulations.
