Shipping policy

Purchases and delivery of products on-line from APPLEWOOD The Kitchen Shop are available within New Zealand and Australia. APPLEWOOD The Kitchen Shop will courier your purchases to anywhere in New Zealand and Australia. Orders should be dispatched for delivery by courier, depending on your address should be received between 5-7 working days after payment has been approved and received.  Orders to Rural Districts may take an extra 4-5 working days.  You will be notified if the order is expected to take longer than 7 days. Because all deliveries are made by courier we need a physical address, not a Post Office Box. The tracking number of you delivery will not be automatically issued to you.  Please notify us if you do require a tracking number. When you place an order using the "Click and Collect" option, your order and stock availability will be confirmed, a dispatch email is sent to you with the details for your in-store pickup. Damages and Breakages of deliveries made by our courier company.  All packages to be delivered leave APPLEWOOD The Kitchen Shop in perfect condition. The consignee of a delivery of any goods purchased from APPLEWOOD The Kitchen Shop becomes solely responsible for damages and/or breakages of the delivery as soon as the consignee signs for acceptance of the delivery.  This clause follows Aramex/ Fastway Couriers Conditions (section 7).  We recommend you do not sign for the delivery until you have checked it for damage/ breakage.  Instead of signing for acceptance of delivery, it is within your rights and we recommend to write "TO BE INSPECTED".  Because the products leave APPLEWOOD The Kitchen Shop in perfect conditions, if the product is broken/ damaged when you receive it, please contact us and we will make a claim with the Courier.
