Gater cold brew coffee maker

Coffee flows through a stainless-steel filter into a heat-treated glass pot for a coffee rich in flavour and low in acidity, bitterness and astringency. The cold brew method is celebrated for the way it intensifies the natural 'nutty' coffee flavours.

Procedure:
1. Put crushed ice or cold water
2. Add ground coffee to the centre compartment.
3. Adjust the valve under the pot to control the speed of dripping to achieve your best taste
4. After long low temperature extraction, a smooth coffee (with no sour flavour and a lowered level of caffeine) will be ready.
