ZEN knives are clad with 36 layers of high carbon stainless steel on a super steel core. The artistic hammer markings give it a truly handmade Damascus finish.
The Damascus blades have an outstanding hardness rating of HRC61, ensuring long lasting cutting performance. The handle is made of FDA approved Micarta that is very strong and sturdy and simply doesn't wear out and has stainless steel rivets to fastened the handle tightly.
