This Bakemaster heavy-duty Savarin cake mould is a ring-shaped baking pan, designed with a central chimney to ensure even heat distribution.
The Savarin cake mould is traditionally used to create the classic French rum-soaked Savarin cake, but they are also exceptionally versatile for making bundt cakes, brioches, jellies, and cold savoury mousses.
Made from heavy-duty carbon steel with a double non-stick Quantum2 coating
Rolled edges for durability and to prevent warping
