This multi-functional mat can be used as a dough kneading station, while the high-heat resistant silicone construction allows for use in the oven and microwave. Its grid lines help create uniform baked goodies and help with even spacing when baking.
The silicone surface is naturally non-stick, eliminating the need for baking paper or greasing with butter or oil. This pastry mat is thin enough to roll up when you’re done, but thick enough to provide insulation to prevent burning when baking.
It has imprinted grid lines for even spacing and uniformity, and has suggestions of alternative sized cake pans, loaf tins and a few handy hints!
