Composed of 99% iron and 1% carbon with a riveted epoxy-coated steel handle, these pans are robust and durable. With no artificial coatings, they develop a natural, nonstick surface as they season over time; the darker they become, the better the nonstick.
The Mineral B range has a Beeswax coating to maintain its quality until you take it home (to be removed before seasoning with light oil – instructions included).
