The Taidea Rolling knife sharpener has the flexibility to meet individual sharpening needs with interchangeable grinding discs and magnetic angle support for 15°, 18°, 20° and 22° angled knives.
Keep your knives in the exact degree position with powerful magnets and you will always have a consistent angle across the entire blade, regardless of the tool. This sharpening system combines diamond coarse and ceramic fine discs to sharpen most hardness knives, including both Japanese and European knives, hard or soft steel knives, stainless and rust-resistant steel knives, with diamond being the most durable and effective abrasive.
Four different angles to sharpen all blades - 15, 18, 20 and 22 degrees sharpening angle.
