This stainless steel, universal Westmark Straight Confectioners Spatula/Palette Knife is designed for spreading buttercream, whipped cream, icing, and glacé icing on gateaux and cakes.
The etched measurements up to 18cm allow you always to find the right size without any problems. This extra-long palette knife is great for both medium and large cakes that need your icing to be perfectly evenly spread. And, you can also use it to lift and divide flans and cakes.
