These authentic blini pans are made in Spain from high-quality carbon steel, designed to respond very quickly to heat changes and to improve over time. They can be used on gas, electric, and induction cookers, and on open-flame and charcoal grills. They are extremely durable but need to be seasoned before initial use and washed, dried and oiled immediately after use.
This pan is ideal for tapas, small plates, pancakes, and eggs.

N.B. These pans can rust if not dried immediately after washing and lightly rubbed with cooking oil before storage. If rusting does occur, it can be easily removed by an abrasive cleaner followed by a thin coat of cooking oil.
