The Avanti fine Mesh Chinois is a conical sieve with an extremely fine mesh.
Made from 18/8 stainless steel, this professional-grade, cone-shaped kitchen strainer with an extremely tight mesh is primarily used to remove the smallest solid particles from soups, sauces and custards, creating "silky smooth" textures in broths, stocks, and purees.
The long, secure handle is comfortable to handle and is easy to clean. Hand wash recommended.
