The Bakemaster Extra-deep Fluted Flan Dish with a loose base is ideal for baking deep-dish quiches, savoury tarts, pies, and custard-based flans, with the extra depth allowing for more filling. The 25cm diameter is excellent for family-sized portions, while the fluted edge provides a decorative, classic crust, and a loose base helps with easy release.
Constructed from heavy-duty carbon steel with rolled rims to ensure optimum durability and protection against warping. It has two layers of ceramic material-reinforced Quantum2 non-stick coating for easy food release and cleaning, and very good abrasion resistance.
Made with no PTFE/PFOA and is BPA-free.
Dishwasher Safe (Hand wash recommended to maintain non-stick surface for longer).
