ZEN knives are clad with 36 layers of high-carbon stainless steel on a super steel core. The artistic hammer markings give it a truly handmade Damascus finish.
The Damascus blades have an outstanding hardness rating of HRC61, ensuring long-lasting cutting performance. The handle is made of FDA-approved Micarta that is very strong and sturdy, and simply doesn't wear out and has stainless steel rivets to fasten the handle tightly.
